We just made it to our lodging for the evening, the Plaza......on Carowinds Blvd. Seems like a nice place. We have a balcony with a nice view of some cool amusement park across the street. Were gonna relax for a while then hit King's bbq
After a week of grading papers, evaluating video presentations, and spending my nights at the hospital with my sister, reading this blog has definitely cheered me up. Wish I was with you enjoying all of the greasy, tasty food...of course it would end up where everything else ends up...on my big butt, but hey... By the way, Carowinds is a very slimmed down model of Kings Dominion! When it first opened ...... years ago when I was in college, we thought it was cool! Just goes to show, along with reading your blog, how much college students know! Have a safe last day of your trip. Stephen, I will see you next week at graduation. I am off tomorrow to Dartmouth for my nephew's graduation! Never a dull moment!
